He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bedfordshire and a Graduate Diploma in Management, which complements his extensive background in executive leadership and organizational management.
Throughout his dynamic career, Lasantha has developed strong expertise in multi divisional operations, regional expansion, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and high value institutional partnerships.
As Deputy General Manager at Lyceum Assessments and Lyceum Academy, he provides executive direction to drive operational excellence, strategic growth,and business continuity across key education and assessment divisions. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, optimizing administrative structures and upholding international quality benchmarks.
