Lyceum Academy is proud to partner with the Sri Lanka Olympiad Mathematics Foundation (SLOMF), an organisation dedicated to promoting mathematical thinking and nurturing mathematical talent among students in Sri Lanka.
Founded in 2004, SLOMF has played an important role in developing a culture of mathematical excellence and facilitating Sri Lankan students’ participation in national and international mathematics competitions. The Foundation organises and supports a range of mathematics competitions, including the Sri Lankan Mathematics Competition (SLMC) and opportunities connected with international Olympiad competitions.
Through this partnership, Lyceum Academy provides students with opportunities to engage in challenging mathematics, logical reasoning and problem solving, going beyond the conventional classroom curriculum. These experiences encourage students to develop analytical thinking, mathematical creativity and confidence while preparing them to participate in local and international mathematics competitions.
Together, Lyceum Academy and SLOMF aim to inspire young learners to explore mathematics, challenge themselves and develop the skills needed to excel in an increasingly analytical and innovative world.
