She holds a Master of Science in Mathematics Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Management and Leadership, which complement her extensive professional experience in academic and educational management.
Throughout her career, Dilrukshi has developed strong expertise in academic leadership, programme planning and development, teacher recruitment and development, operational management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in education.
